Meet Tom Ross

Tom is a 28 year veteran of the mortgage industry, Partner, and a Licensed Loan Officer at Phoenix Lending Group.  

After spending more than 11yrs as top producing Loan Officer for Independent Mortgage Banks, Tom reprioritized after a trip to Mongolia and completed his time as a team leader in 2022. 

In December of 2022 he went back to his roots, independent small business, and opened Phoenix Lending Group, where he is now responsible for business operations.

Tom is passionate about working with his past clients, agent partners, growing PLG, and helping his Loan Officers find personal and professional success.
