He is licensed in Arizona and California and experienced in these loan products: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Down Payment Assistance, HELOCs, Debt-Service-Coverage-Ratio (DSCRs), & other Non-QM products such as; Bank Statement, Asset Utilization, and Non-Warrantable Condo’s. 

He has closed over $115M in Loan Volume and helped 250+ clients in the last 2 years obtain Mortgages for Primary Residences, Second-Homes, or Investment properties.
